I’m writtring this letter to inform you that I would like to make a reservation of a double bed deluxe room in your hotel, Horison, for the dates December 24^th till December 30^th, 2016

This reservation is to be under my name. I shall be arriving with my family, comprising my husband, Mr. Tovan Aldino Marvelleazqha Qrey and my child below 10 years old. I would also like to reserve an extra bed for my child. We shall be arriving on December 24^th at 2pm. We hope that the room will be available for us then.

Settlement of payment shall be made in full upon our arrival.

We from Horison Hotel, thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you in the coming Christmas Vacations and New Years. This is the confirmation for the special holiday package requested by you for the Christmas Holidays and New years. The reservation details are:

Accommodations               : 1 room with double bed deluxe and an extra bed.

The normal check in time is 12 afternoon, and check out time 2pm. As you have informed us that you will be arriving to Hotels at 2pm , we have managed an early check in for your convenience. This is the complete accommodation package of Rs 50000 and the charges include the stay in the hotel and the complimentary breakfast. Apart from it you can avail the on-site facilities like gym and sauna for free.
