I have ordered 36 packs consist of 36 sport clothes on your store which I ordered by phone on January 7. I received the order on January 9.  When I received those packs of sport clothes, there was 6 packs missing. I only got 30 packs of 36 packs that I ordered. To know whether there was 6 pack missing, you can check the  amount of sport clothes which left your store stock.
To resolve that problem, I would like you to send me 6 pack of sport clothes like I ordered before. Or if the pack of sport clothes which I ordered had been ordered by somebody else, I hope you give me back the money for the amount charge of the sport clothes packs.
